Matthew 24 (King James Version) Matthew 24 40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
This does describe people being taken and many Christians believe this description to be the Yah's people being taken by the Yah but it is actually the wicked being taken. It is the "harvest" that Yahushua describes in Matthew 13:36-43 that correlates with Matthew 24:40-41. Let's take a look at Matthew 13:36-43 in the King James Version:
Matthew 13 (King James Version) Matthew 13 36Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Did you notice in Matthew 13:41 that the angels gather the wicked out of the Lord's kingdom? Let's take another look:
Matthew 13 (King James Version) Matthew 13 41The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
The Lord will have His angels gather out of His kingdom the wicked not His people. Yah plans on keeping His people on Earth when he establishes His kingdom here on Earth but not the wicked and this correlates with Matthew 24:40-41 describing people being taken. Let's look at Matthew 13:49-50 in the King James Version:
Matthew 13 (King James Version) Matthew 13 49So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
As you can see Yahushua describes the wicked being severed from among the just. Let's take a look at Revelation 14:14-20 which also expalins the "harvest" in the King James Version:
Revelation 14 (King James Version) Revelation 14 14And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
16And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
17And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
18And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
19And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
20And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
The "harvest" is mentioned here again in Revelation 14:15 and this "harvest" correlates with people being taken from off of the Earth as described in Matthew 24:40-41 but the people being taken are the wicked not Yah's people. The first group of 144,000 are the only group of the Lord's people that He will rapture but that is another article and I will publish that at later date. So my fellow Christian Tucsonans it looks like most of us will be here during the Tribulation but Yah will protect His own who know and call Him by His real name. Start a one on one personal relationship with Yahuah and be His friend, servant and warrior. Praise and worship Him everyday and night. Talk to Him everyday and night. He wants to be apart of your life so make Him apart of your life and do works for Him. It's never too late and now is the best time to start. -source
